Not sure where to start? Let me help.

01. Get connected

Often times, the first step is the hardest. Making that first phone call can be life changing. Make the call or send the email and let me take it from there. When I connect with you, I will send you a portal link that allows you to fill out all the necessary paperwork.

02. Book Your Appointment

After filling out your paperwork, you will have access to schedule your first appointment or intake appointment. We will discuss appointment frequency at that first appointment.

03. Begin Your Journey

Therapy is not a one size fits all journey. Consider it a journey that will have both easy and hard moments. If you are motivated to do the work, show up for yourself and be open to learning new things you will see changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’m comfortable with ages 5 through 100+. If a person is motivated and able to engage then we can make it work.

  • YES. My journey in this field began with the desire to work with children. I do not have a favorite age—they all have their gifts.

  • My preferred schedule is weekly. At least initially. We are able to build rapport more quickly if you don’t have a 2-3 week break in between. When we are dealing with very difficult subjects—that frequency is helpful to have the continued support.

  • The short answer is no. If you aren’t motivated to make changes in your life then you may want to wait or it can be a frustrating process for all involved.

  • My preference is that I see you face to face. Telehealth is a good option for many, but with difficult content it can feel disconnected or not as supportive. That said, there are definitely moments where telehealth is a great option for a check in or when you get to a maintenance phase.

  • Each person is different and each person has a different set of goals and how they define “finished.” The beautiful thing about therapy is that in the therapeutic relationship we usually come to that conclusion together. My goal is to put myself out of a job with each client—because of the autonomy built over time.
